Job summary

Smith Bros Tool in Michigan is seeking an inspector to support the custom tracker services for tooling, jigs and fixtures in Aerospace, Space and Defence. You will generate clear inspection reports, including descriptions, 3-D visuals and data tables, and document results.

The role requires strong math and communication skills, hands-on experience with Verisurf Software and Faro Laser Tracker, GD&T and blueprint reading, and the ability to meet deadlines. Training in aerospace is available.

Qualifications

• Excellent organization and follow up skills.
• Must understand deadlines and how they impact the overall business.
• Must be detail oriented.
