Job summary

Technimark in Asheville, NC is seeking a skilled quality professional to perform Gage R&R studies, measure parts, and support design of experiments to improve product quality. This role emphasizes precision, data-driven decisions, and close collaboration with engineering teams.

You will document results, maintain calibration of measurement tools, and work with engineers to troubleshoot tooling issues, all with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Gage R&R and measurement system analysis.
• Cp/Cpk interpretation and data support for quality decisions.
• Experience with design of experiments (DOE).
• Dimensional inspection and root-cause troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform Gage R&R studies on new variable gauging to ensure measurement system accuracy and repeatability.
• Measure parts for Cp, Cpk, Engineering trials, DOE, providing data for analysis by Quality Engineering.
• Perform physical testing of parts and document/report results.
• Carry out detailed dimensional inspections to support engineers in troubleshooting mold and tooling issues.
• Support and maintain calibration of all measurement tools and equipment that affect part quality.
• Ensure all measurement activities are conducted with high accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

• Support and maintain calibration of all measurement tools and equipment that directly affect part quality.
• Ensure all measurement activities are conducted with a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Work Independently with minimal supervisor while effectively managing inspection priorities and deadlines.
