Job summary

Bora Pharmaceuticals Inc seeks a Metrology Supervisor to lead the calibration, qualification, and maintenance of laboratory and manufacturing instrumentation. You will ensure cGMP compliance, mentor staff, and drive improvements in calibration processes across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in chemistry, engineering or related science with relevant instrumentation coursework.
• 5+ years in pharma lab/metrology (Master's: 3+ years) with analytical knowledge.
• Analytical chemistry knowledge and leadership experience in a lab setting.
• Experience leading a metrology team and working in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Metrology team and ensure qualification/calibration of instruments.
• Mentor staff, manage development and performance, and ensure safe compliance.
• Oversee calibration data review, CAPAs, and deviations investigations.
• Coordinate with Quality, vendors, and outside labs for calibration activities.
• Assist in budgeting and process improvements to drive efficiency.
