Comar is seeking a skilled QA professional to serve as a technical resource across QA, production, and engineering. You will interpret customer drawings and specs, perform first article inspections, and support calibration and measurement method development.

Ideal candidates have deep experience in quality systems (ISO 9001/13485), Gage R&R, and CMM/vision measurement environments. This role requires strong attention to detail and hands-on calibration work.

Formación

• Six years’ experience in quality assurance.
• Experience with ISO 9001/13485 environments preferred.
• Knowledge of calibration systems and measurement methods.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as technical resource to QA, customers, production and engineering on drawings and specifications.
• Perform First Article Inspections and Capability Studies as needed for new and existing product.
• Develop and perform first article inspection processes.
• Conduct Gage R&R and identify error sources to determine measurement reliability.
• Redesign or adjust measurement methods to minimize error.
• Develop calibration methods based on measurement science principles.
• Guide engineering and quality personnel in selection of instrumentation.
