Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in calibration systems and metrology.
- Experience building and leading a metrology program.
- Supervisory or people-management experience.
- ASQ or equivalent certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive metrology program across the organization.
- Establish measurement strategies for dimensional inspection and gaging.
- Serve as technical authority for metrology, calibration, and inspection.
- Lead CMM programming and dimensional inspection activities.
- Create calibration/gage control procedures and KPIs.
- Coordinate internal and external calibration activities and supplier performance.
