Position Summary

Job Description Summary: As an Equipment Technician, you will perform functions associated with all manufacturing and system operations, including set‑up and calibration tasks, system support, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, documentation of standard operating procedures, rework, and quality testing related to the process and production of memory chips and logic.

Role And Responsibilities

• Performing Preventative Maintenance (PM)/Change Point Management (CPM)/System Maintenance: Follow standard operating procedures to ensure equipment, processes, and systems run effectively.
• Troubleshooting: Conduct fail‑analysis and follow scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures.
• Monitoring equipment and processes in the current state and proactively looking for ways to improve processes.
• Working collaboratively on a fast‑paced team.

Skills And Qualifications

• Any 2‑year technical certification (TTI, ITT, Trade Cert, HVAC, etc); 3+ ASE certs or 4 years semiconductor technician experience (no cert, passes test) or 4 years equivalent technical military service.
• Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation.
• Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to procedural changes.
• Strong communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Familiar with TPM concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and task orientation with a high value on customer service, teamwork, and flexibility.
• Ability to strictly adhere to SOPs.
• Ability to work off‑hours if necessary.
• Electro‑mechanical aptitude; basic understanding of hand tools, pneumatics, and related equipment.

Compensation

The current base salary range for this role is between $18.60/hour and $60.40/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications, and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs based on organizational and individual performance.

Night Shifts Include

• B Shift – Sunday through Tuesday (6:45 pm – 7:15 am) with alternating Saturdays.
• D Shift – Wednesday through Friday (6:45 pm – 7:15 am) with alternating Saturdays.
