Adecco is hiring Metrology Operators for a local client in Santa Clara, CA. Base pay ranges from $30.00/hr to $32.00/hr. The role involves operating semiconductor processing equipment and performing basic qualifications.

Shifts include 12-hour night and day schedules with alternating Wednesdays. The work may involve compressed weeks to meet client needs, and the team will handle process data and demonstrate capabilities to customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating semiconductor processing equipment (Metrology, PVD, CVD, RTP, Etch, ECP, Clean, Metal Dep., Lithography) is preferred but not required.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Moderate oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with hazardous materials and cleanroom protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned semiconductor process equipment.
• Perform basic system qualification of equipment.
• Support process demonstrations for internal/external customers.
• Collect and update process data and specifications.
• Use real-time database to monitor data and equipment performance.
• Shift may include compressed or augmented work weeks to meet client needs.

Job description

Adecco is hiring immediately for Metrology Operators with a local client in Santa Clara, CA. Base pay is $30.00/hr. - $32.00/hr.

SHIFTS:

12 Hr NIGHT: Thursday - Saturday, every other Wednesday, 6pm - 6:30am

12 Hr DAY; Thursday – Saturday, every other Wednesday, 6am to 6::30pm

12 Hr Day; Sunday - Tuesday, every other Wednesday , 6am - 6:30pm

12 HR Night; Sunday - Thursday, every other Wednesday, 6pm - 6:30am

Key Responsibilities

• Perform operation of assigned semiconductor process equipment
• Perform basic system qualification of assigned semiconductor process equipment
• Support process demonstrations for internal/external customers
• Compile and update process data, and specifications.
• Use real time database to monitor/input data and track performance of equipment and production activities to requirements of assigned equipment
• Work shift may include compressed work week schedule or augmented work week schedule to meet the needs of the client

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating semiconductor processing equipment, including Metrology, PVD, CVD, RTP, Etch, ECP, Clean, Metal Dep., and Lithography processing equipment – preferred but not required
• Reasonable analytical skills
• Reasonable problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Moderate oral and written communication skills
• Comfortable work with and around hazardous materials
• Experience interfacing with members of various departments
• Reasonable understanding of cleanroom protocol
• Organizational and interpersonal skills
• Good attention to detail.
