Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Follow structured processes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of programs and processes to meet business goals.
• Record costs, commitments, and maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate communication flow between customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Follow standard work instructions to ensure quality and compliance.
• Coordinate and conduct pickup/delivery of measuring equipment and prepare them for shipment.
• Manage procurement processes including purchasing, invoicing, and PO processing.
• Ensure timely processing and payment of invoices and obtain approvals for purchases.
