Amazon's GPV Lab in Seattle, WA seeks a Metrology Technician to support authentication of products through metrology tools and methods. You will maintain calibration standards, conduct tests (X-Ray, DMM, spectrometer), and collaborate with investigations to develop metrology-based analysis tools and scalable workflows.

The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and teamwork, with growth opportunities in a lab environment that supports POE objectives and regional expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience working cross-functionally and across regions.
• Experience in oral and written communication.
• Experience in trust and safety compliance or risk.
• Experience using Excel and SQL.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing metrology-based tools and systems for investigators.
• Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment and ensuring lab cleanliness.
• Interpreting, analyzing, and communicating results to stakeholders.
• Providing weekly/monthly KPI reporting of lab impact.
• Following SOPs and good laboratory practices.
• Participating in audits and maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Generating and updating SOPs and test methods.
• Troubleshooting lab issues and recommending solutions.
