Job summary

Kindeva Drug Delivery is seeking a Metrology Coordinator to oversee calibration, metrology, and measurement assurance across multiple plants. You will organize, schedule, track, and coordinate metrology tasks to ensure regulatory compliance and minimal disruption to aseptic fill-finish, inspection, assembly, and packaging operations.

The role focuses on planning and administrative execution, driving consistency and efficiency in metrology programs without hands-on calibration work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years planning, coordination or admin roles in regulated pharma.
• Strong scheduling, vendor coordination and compliance documentation.
• Familiarity with CMMS (LLumin preferred) & calibration tracking.
• Excellent organization, planning and time management.
• Proficient in Excel and data visualization; GMP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master calibration and metrology schedules across sites.
• Coordinate calibration timelines to minimize production impact.
• Create annual/quarterly metrology plans with onboarding and transfers.
• Serve as central coordinator between internal teams, vendors and service providers.
• Track vendor performance, POs, service contracts and invoices.
• Maintain metrology documentation and ALCOA+ data integrity.
• Support regulatory inspections and internal audits with metrology records.
• Generate dashboards and KPIs for site leadership.
• Travel 15-25% for vendor visits.
