rms Company, a Cretex Medical company, is seeking a Metrology Programmer to create automated inspection routines and edit programs for multiple equipment. The role emphasizes adherence to QMS requirements and manufacturing standards.

The position operates on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 12:00pm–10:00pm) and requires strong problem-solving, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail. Benefit-rich environment with extensive programs and clinics.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience programming automated inspection equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent mechanical dexterity and hand and eye coordination.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Medical manufacturing experience.
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry (FDA, ISO).

Responsibilities

• Create automated inspection programs and routines for various equipment.
• Edit automated programs.
• Maintain the file system for all revision-controlled programs.
• Assist employees with interpretation of reports to expediate needed CNC code corrections.
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T concepts.
