zTrip is seeking a Metro Driver to safely transport passengers across Little Rock and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes courteous service, reliability, and safety, with no CDL required.

Starting pay is $16.75 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, FSA and 401(k) options, PTO, and more. Applicants should have an Arkansas license and be able to pass a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Valid Arkansas driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and interact professionally with passengers.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to destinations throughout the city.
• Maintain timely pick-ups and drop-offs while following safety procedures.
• Assist passengers with mobility devices, walkers, and boarding assistance when needed.
• Provide dependable door-to-door transportation service.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and courteous customer service on every trip.
