Job summary

Cellatel Wireless Inc. is seeking a Mobile Sales Associate to assist customers in selecting devices and explaining plans in a busy retail setting. You will demonstrate product knowledge, promote current offers, and help customers feel welcome.

The role requires reliability, a readiness to learn, and a drive to earn commissions through performance. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus, with in-store training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in retail is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Reliable, eager to learn and motivated to earn commissions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively engage customers to assist with right fitting devices, understanding customers concerns, and reasons for visiting the store
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of products, services, and current promotions
• Maintain positivity, work under pressure, and appropriately address upset customers
• Create rapport with customers and strive for the best customer service you can give
• Keeps store in an orderly environment and audit ready at all times(general cleaning: sweeping, mopping, disinfecting)
• Checking emails, responding in a timely manner, and completing trainings
• Completing transactions, activations, and cash handling

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferred Bilingual (English + Spanish)
• Retail experience preferred, but not required (retail training will be provided)
• Reliable, willingness to learn, and ready to earn!
