Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Five years in data analysis experience. With Master’s degree, three years experience in data analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI and Tableau to develop dashboards, analyze data from multiple sources, and create meaningful reports for leadership.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, including managing multiple projects, tracking milestones, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Impacts departmental operations and decision making through data collection, data management, data analysis and data visualization tools.

Ideal candidates will have advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI and Tableau to develop dashboards, analyze data from multiple sources, and create meaningful reports for leadership. Strong project management and organizational skills are required, including experience managing multiple projects, tracking milestones, and supporting strategic initiatives. Candidates should be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to translate data into actionable insights.

EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE:

Required: Five years in data analysis experience. With Master's degree, three years experience in data analysis. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
