The role emphasizes QA and compliance with OLCC rules, accurate record-keeping, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse, with weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Packaging experience is helpful but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Metrc experience preferred.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks accurately for extended periods.
• Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker’s Permit or ability to obtain one before starting.
• Comfortable working with cannabis products in a warehouse.
• Willing to work weekends and collaborate with a team.
• Strong attention to detail and orientation to quality.

Responsibilities

• Review intake sheets and verify packaging information against Metrc for compliance.
• Break down third-party items into master packs and re-tag in Metrc.
• Label products for distribution and manage packaging with accuracy.
• Process special orders and same-day requests as needed.
• Perform QA checks for correct quantity, damage, and labeling accuracy.
• Ensure products are tagged, tested, and labeled per OLCC rules.
• Report inconsistencies and potential noncompliant shipments to the team.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and proper storage of packaging materials.
• Oversee storage and processing of packaging items; perform other duties as assigned.
