Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security seeks a Methods Process Analyst in Tukwila, WA to support Military Derivative aircraft. You will manage shop schedules and resources for systems and equipment on aircraft, using Aurora and Excel to drive performance and cost discipline.

You will analyze metrics, forecast headcount, and help develop master schedules that maximize efficiency, with a focus on reducing cycle times and improving throughput in a 100% onsite role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering related curriculum.
• 5 or more years of related work experience.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience interfacing with senior leadership.
• Proficient with Aurora Scheduling Tool and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed schedules using Aurora.
• Analyze metrics and report to leadership on performance.
• Forecast headcount, plan resources, and manage labor estimates.
• Develop and maintain production master schedules and tool sequencing.
• Support process improvements and cost/schedule impact analysis.

Education
