Methodologist in Doctor of Business Administration Program (FT Faculty) Description

South College seeks passionate candidates interested in teaching in our Doctoral program as Methodologist in our CBE DBA Program.

Responsibilities

• Serving as mentor and methodologist on dissertation committees.
• Reviewing and providing feedback on dissertation manuscripts.
• Preparing doctoral students to conduct qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods research.
• Teaching research courses.
• Monitoring curricula for compliance with South College standards and accrediting bodies.
• Participating in course and curriculum evaluations and audits, and implementing recommendations.
• Mentoring doctoral students individually, guiding mastery of competencies through assessments.
• Responding to student emails and inquiries within 24 hours.
• Evaluating and grading assessments within the required timeframe.
• Providing comprehensive qualitative and quantitative feedback on student work.
• Engaging in proactive and reactive outreach via email, phone, and video conferencing to support student success.

Minimum Requirements

Education

• DBA/PhD or equivalent in Business

Experience

• Experience with multiple methodologies.
• At least 5 years of doctoral college teaching and evaluation experience, preferably in online modalities. Experience in CBE is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with students and staff.
