Schedules are available 6 weeks in advance. The work schedule for this position requires:

• Working rotating shifts (day & night)
• Three (3) twelve (12) hour shifts weekly
• Every third weekend
• One holiday per season

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, Patient Care Tech IIs will provide direct bedside care, including:

• Performing nursing procedures to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Maintaining documentation on all assigned patients
• Assisting physicians with examinations and tests

Qualifications

To qualify as a Patient Care Tech II, you must meet the following:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One of the following: Pennsylvania PCT, Certified Nursing Assistant, or EMT
• Minimum of 2 years healthcare experience or certification with advanced skills within six months of hire
• AHA BLS certification
