Job summary

M Group is seeking a site operations leader to drive metering schemes and lead site teams across Thames Valley-based projects. You will coordinate resources, set targets, and ensure delivery to the highest standards for essential water infrastructure services.

Successful candidates will bring water industry experience, CSCS/NRSWA supervision, and a Full UK driving licence, with a track record of managing subcontractors and built environments.

Qualifications

• Water industry knowledge and experience.
• Water SHEA/CSCS card plus NRSWA Supervisor.
• SSSTS or equivalent and a Full UK driving licence.
• Experience managing subcontractors and direct teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day activities on metering schemes as part of the Operations Team.
• Lead site teams and set clear daily/weekly targets with resource coordination.
• Ensure delivery to the highest standards.
• Support SHEQ and conduct toolbox talks.
• Manage quality, liaise with clients and highways, and ensure water quality regulations are met.
• Ensure training and qualifications of teams are up to date and valid.
