Job summary

Core & Main invites recent graduates to join a structured 12-month development program focused on Smart Utility, IoT, and advanced water solutions. You will learn through technical and sales training, participate in customer presentations, and work with cross-functional teams to tailor innovative utility solutions.

You’ll gain mentorship, hands-on learning, and a path toward becoming a trusted solutions expert. Ideal candidates have <2 years’ experience, a BS/MS in engineering, business, or a STEM field, and comfort traveling 60–70% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Less than 2 years of professional experience (excluding internships).
• Willingness to travel 60-70% within territory.
• Recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Business, or a STEM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to customer presentations and tailor innovative solutions for utility needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, project development and marketing.
• Support the development of Smart Utility solutions and future product specialists or sales engineers.
