Job summary

thyssenkrupp Materials Services is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Kyle, Texas to move raw materials, finished products, and equipment on the warehouse floor using a forklift and related machinery. You will perform general duties to support operations under general supervision and handle moderately complex issues.

Shift: Mon–Thu 6:00am–4:30pm. Duties include stocking, order picking, loading/unloading, cycle counts, and keeping safety and 6S standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years warehousing experience, preferably in metals.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repeated motions.
• Must have forklift certification and safe operation skills.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, finished products, and equipment on the warehouse floor using a forklift.
• Stock and select products per inventory and customer orders.
• Load and unload trucks and verify correct items are moved.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Follow health, safety, ISO and 6S initiatives.
