Job summary

BMO Financial Group through its Capital Markets division is expanding in Miami to build a dedicated Metals & Mining center of excellence. You will engage with project owners, governments, investors and deliver bespoke equity and debt capital solutions.

The role requires 5–7 years in investment banking, with strong financial modeling and deal execution. Regular domestic and international travel is expected as part of the global team.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant investment banking experience.
• Undergraduate degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Experience in corporate lending, deal execution, and cross-selling advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead deal execution and client engagement for the metals/minerals arena.
• Develop financial models to assess client portfolios and capital structures.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver bespoke financing solutions.
