Job summary

REAL ALLOY in Loudon, TN seeks a Metals Melting Operations Technician to support furnace activities and keep production flowing. This role involves handling materials, operating forklifts, recording data in Excel, and maintaining a safe, organized work area in a 24/7 facility.

You’ll start at $23.08 per hour with pay progression to $26.68 after 90 days, plus a $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days and $600 retention bonus after 9 months. Rotating day/night shifts cover a 4-on/3-off cycle.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred; strong safety mindset required

REAL ALLOY in Loudon, TN is hiring a Metals Melting Operations Technician to support furnace activities that power our production line.

Pay, bonuses, and schedule

• Hourly pay: $23.08 to start
• Wage progression: $26.68 after 90 days with solid attendance and performance
• Sign-on: $300 after 90 days (Rehires not eligible)
• Retention: $600 after 9 months (Rehires not eligible)
• Shifts: 12-hour rotations (7 AM–7 PM and 7 PM–7 AM). You will work both days and nights.
• Rotation: 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 1 off, 3 on, 3 off, 4 on, 7 off; repeats monthly
• Workload: 15 days on with 7 days off in the cycle
