Job summary

Real Alloy is seeking a Furnace Operator to join its operations team at one of our US plants. You will participate in converting scrap aluminum into new alloy used by customers, while adhering to safety and quality programs.

The role offers training and a shift progression from an initial 8-hour shift to a 12-hour shift after onboarding, with opportunities for growth within Furnace Operations and competitive compensation including retention bonuses.
