Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy required in warehouse and vault operations.
• Strong mathematical skills for weight calculations and inventory reconciliations.
• Ability to learn ERP systems, including SAP, and operate in a compliance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming metal materials and verify shipments against documentation and recorded weights.
• Maintain vault organization and track materials by status (incoming, outgoing, quarantine, inventory).
• Prepare outgoing shipments with proper packaging and complete documentation, cycle counts, and audits.
• Record inventory transactions and material movements in SAP and other systems.
• Move materials using carts, hand trucks, pallets, forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Verify calibration and operation of scales and weighing equipment.
