Qualifications

Responsibilities
Monitor and improve metallurgical performance across heap leach pads and flotation circuits.
Plan and supervise metallurgical test work, interpreting results for operational changes.
Conduct routine sampling and maintain metallurgical performance metrics.
Collaborate with operations and geology teams for integrating metallurgical insights.
