• Lean Six Sigma training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Focus on working safely and supporting a safe work environment.
• Identify and implement improvements to optimize product volume, yields and quality.
• Gather and evaluate data, apply statistical techniques to improve process capability, resolve issues.
• Provide technical support for melting, casting, and post-casting processes.
• Develop SOPs for process and equipment operation and train personnel.
• Work with Quality on customer complaint resolution and external vendors.
