Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills and ability to organize and prepare reports.
• Commitment to safety guidelines and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform metallurgical testing to analyze material structure, hardness, case depth, and other tests as required.
• Review test results comparing them to specifications, prepare reports and approve materials based on criteria.
• Promptly communicate results to the met lab supervisor and plant management.
• Develop and maintain charts and reports for the sediment and metallurgical processes.
• Safely and correctly operate lab equipment, perform routine preventative maintenance, and report issues.
