Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills and ability to organize and prepare reports.
• Must follow safety guidelines and wear PPE at all times.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform metallurgical testing to analyze material structure, hardness, and case depth.
• Review results against specifications and prepare material approval reports.
• Communicate results to the metallurgical lab supervisor and plant management.
• Maintain charts and reports for sediment and metallurgical processes.
• Operate lab equipment safely and perform routine preventative maintenance.
