Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold) is seeking a Metalizing Operator in Gray Court, SC. Pay rate is $15 per hour with a $2.50 shift premium for second and third shift. Shifts run first: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, second: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, third: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

This role involves visual inspection with a microscope, metallization screen-printing and hand painting, and reading blueprints. Requirements include inspection experience with a microscope, basic math and communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability and desire to learn metallization processes.
• Excellent hand/eye coordination and vision (correctable 20/20).
• Basic math and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visual inspection of metallized and plated ceramic parts using a microscope.
• Perform metallization screen-printing / hand painting and associated operations.
• Hand paint insulators.
• Visual inspection of metallized parts as required.
• Maintain lot identity and appropriate paperwork.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Read blueprints.
