Job summary

Responsibilities include operating coating equipment, surface prep, coating application, thickness monitoring, and quality inspections. Candidates should have a high school diploma and be comfortable around machinery.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Experience with metalizing, thermal spray, coating, painting, blasting, or similar work is a plus.
• Comfortable working around machinery and metal components.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions.

• Operate metalizing and coating equipment.
• Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, masking, and other required processes.
• Apply protective metal coatings to parts and components.
• Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and overall quality.
• Inspect finished parts for defects or uneven coatings.
• Handle metal wire and other coating materials.
• Clean and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Complete production and quality records.
• Work with production and quality teams to meet production goals.

What You'll Do
