Job Overview

We're hiring two Metal Wall Panel Foremen to join our on-site team in Sarasota, FL. In this leadership role, you will oversee crews responsible for exterior cladding on commercial, industrial, and government/federal projects. You'll ensure proper layout, accurate installation, and on-site coordination-making you the go-to leader for daily project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of installers on metal wall panel projects.
• Pull accurate layout from shop drawings and blueprints to ensure proper execution.
• Operate aerial boom lifts, scissor lifts, and all-terrain forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and Superintendent to align daily operations.
• Use Plangrid on company-provided iPads to stay updated on drawing revisions and field adjustments.
• Interface with Procore for GC communications, drawing updates, and revision tracking.
• Promote a positive and respectful work environment, acting as a bridge between office and field staff.
• Monitor work quality and ensure safety compliance on-site.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in metal wall panel installation or similar construction field.
• Prior supervisory or foreman experience required.
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence-able to lead without alienating team members.
• Expert in reading shop drawings, blueprints, and executing layout.
• Tech-savvy with experience using Plangrid and Procore platforms.
• OSHA 30 certified.
• Certified to operate aerial boom lifts and all-terrain forklifts.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work outdoors in Florida's heat and lift heavy materials.

Schedule

• Standard: Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts (1-hour lunch)
