Job summary

STS Aerospace in New Hampshire is seeking a skilled Tube Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. You will cut, form, deburr and assemble rigid and flexible metal tubes according to specifications, reading blueprints and process sheets to ensure quality and fit.

Responsibilities include operating swager and crimper, performing precision measurements, and maintaining a clean, safe workstation. Must lift up to 25 lbs and meet attendance expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and process sheets.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs visual and dimensional checks on materials and components.
• Fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs rigid and flexible tube assemblies.
• Prepares hoses, fits fittings, applies RTV for assemblies.
• Sets up and operates swager, crimper, deburring equipment.
• Reads blueprints and process sheets to manufacture tubes.
• Measures dimensions, radii, wall thickness, and conducts quality tests.
• Loads, transports stock and tools; maintains workspace.
