Job summary

Bureau of Correctional Enterprises (BCE) in Wisconsin seeks a Correctional Enterprise Specialist Senior to manage shop production, ordering supplies, and shipping/receiving, while ensuring product quality and accurate documentation. The role involves maintenance and repair of license plate equipment, tool control, and training Persons in our Care, plus leadership of staff and use of ERP/MRP and Microsoft Office.

Shift: Monday–Friday; not eligible for remote work.

Qualifications

• Perform production work in a manufacturing facility.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines used in a production facility.
• Utilize ERP/MRP software and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Lead and/or oversee the work of others (training, coaching, mentoring).

Responsibilities

• Manage shop production and ordering of supplies.
• Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
• Oversee tool control, maintenance, and training of Persons in our Care on equipment.
