Qualifications

• 6–12 months of manufacturing or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow job instructions within an ERP system.
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks based on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate shear equipment to cut material according to job specifications.
• Monitor cutting processes and inspect finished pieces for quality and accuracy.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain dimensions and tolerances.
• Safely move materials using forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Unload trucks and organize raw materials to support production flow.
