Job summary

SURGE Staffing in Frankfort, KY is seeking a dependable Loader/Unloader – 1st Shift. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM (50 hours/week).

This entry-level role loads/unloads metal products on an automated powder finishing line and requires physical work and reliability. You will monitor equipment, assist with presses/brakes/benders or manual welding as needed, band/wrap pallets for shipment, and keep your work area safe and organized.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and regularly lift and handle metal products.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn equipment operation and follow safety procedures.
