Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent plating experience in at least two different finishes.
• Strong understanding of plating processes, chemicals, and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Intermediate math skills.
• Reading comprehension and communication skills.
• Experience with blue print reading and measuring equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform metal plating operations using electroplating, anodizing, and other finishing processes.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, degreasing, and masking as required.
• Monitor plating baths and adjust chemicals to maintain proper conditions.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot plating equipment for optimal performance.
• Document and report production activities and issues.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and improvements.
