Indiana Metal, Inc. in Bainbridge, IN is seeking a dependable Metal Manufacturing Laborer / Panel Production Assistant to join our production team. This hands-on role supports the production of metal roofing and siding panels in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting the Panel Machine Operator, loading/unloading coils, preparing finished panels, and ensuring quality and safety procedures. Training is provided, with a Monday–Friday day shift and on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Panel Machine Operator with daily production of metal roofing and siding panels
• Load and unload metal coils and materials
• Catch, stack, bundle, and prepare finished panels for orders
• Verify panel lengths, quantities, colors, and order information
• Assist with coil changes and machine setup
• Stage completed orders for pickup and delivery
• Move and handle metal panels and materials safely
• Keep production area clean and organized
• Inspect finished products for damage or quality concerns
• Follow production schedules and work with the team
• Follow all safety procedures and material-handling practices
• Assist in other production and yard areas as needed

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

Indiana Metal is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our production team as a Metal Manufacturing Laborer / Panel Production Assistant.

This is a hands-on position assisting with the production of metal roofing and siding panels. We're looking for someone who is reliable, works well as part of a team, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the Panel Machine Operator with daily production of metal roofing and siding panels
• Help load and unload metal coils and materials
• Catch, stack, bundle, and prepare finished panels for customer orders
• Verify panel lengths, quantities, colors, and order information
• Assist with coil changes and machine setup
• Help stage completed orders for pickup and delivery
• Safely move and handle metal panels and materials
• Maintain a clean and organized production area
• Inspect finished products for damage or quality concerns
• Follow production schedules and work with the team to keep orders moving efficiently
• Follow all company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices
• Assist in other production and yard areas as needed

We are willing to train the right person. Previous metal manufacturing experience is not required. What matters most is showing up consistently, being willing to learn, working safely, and contributing to the team.
