Job summary

DIHO Consulting USA is seeking a skilled Architectural Railing Installer to join our field team in Houston, TX. You will install architectural railing systems on commercial projects, read drawings, and coordinate with project teams.

Travel to sites is required, including occasional overnight trips. Responsibilities include measuring, aligning, and securing railing components, using drills and power tools, and ensuring safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or architectural metal installation preferred.
• Experience installing railings, ornamental metals, glass systems, or similar architectural products is a strong plus.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and construction documents.
• Strong measuring, layout, leveling, and installation skills.

Responsibilities

• Install architectural handrails, guardrails, glass railing systems, and other custom metal components.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, installation drawings, and project specifications.
• Accurately measure, lay out, level, align, and secure railing systems according to approved drawings.
• Install posts, rails, brackets, supports, glass panels, and related components.
• Use drills, grinders, saws, levels, lasers, anchors, and other hand and power tools required for installation.
• Perform field adjustments and minor modifications as needed to achieve proper fit and alignment.
• Protect finished materials from damage during handling and installation.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, project teams, and other trades to complete installations efficiently.
• Follow all jobsite safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and fall protection.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with material handling as needed.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Railing Installer to join our field team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality architectural metal railing systems and components on commercial construction projects. This position requires travel to project sites as needed, including occasional overnight and out-of-town travel.

Duties:

Install architectural handrails, guardrails, glass railing systems, and other custom metal components.

Read and interpret shop drawings, installation drawings, and project specifications.
