About the Opportunity:

Sheet Metal Team Lead Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to lift material on an average of 20-75 pounds.
• Punctual and good track record of attendance.
• Ability to add and subtract using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to read and interpret a tape measure.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, and move around and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Frequently required to talk and hear.
• Required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch and balance.
• Frequently required to move wrist, elbow, and shoulder with firm grip.

Sheet Metal Team Lead Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sets up and operates some type of sheet metal finishing machines, as trained.
• Finishes most standard units and some non-standard parts.
• Select correct supplies to obtain correct finished product.
• Follow shop routing and instructions.
