Job summary

NaturalPoint is seeking a Metal Finishing/Sandblasting associate to join its machine shop team. This temporary position through a temp agency welcomes candidates with or without prior metal finishing experience, who are self-motivated, reliable, and detail-focused.

The role involves washing, drying, sandblasting, polishing, and finishing aluminum parts, as well as packaging and general shop maintenance. Must be able to stand 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs; metal finishing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Great attitude and reliability for a hands-on shop role.
• Ability to work well with others and follow directions.
• Stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail essential for finishing and QC tasks.
• Experience with metal finishing is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
