Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Metal Worker or similar role.
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding; CNC plasma cutting experience a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Understanding of different metals and their properties.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements.
• Measure and mark metal pieces for cutting and shaping.
• Use machinery to cut, bend, shape, or weld metal pieces.
• Join metal pieces by welding or other bonding methods.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to client standards.
• Collaborate with team members on projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
