Job summary

Inceed, L.L.C. is assisting a client in Overland Park, Kansas to hire two skilled Metal Fabricator / Welder. This hands-on role focuses on custom work and fast-paced production, with opportunities to contribute to unique, one-off projects.

Compensation starts around $50,000 annually and is tied to experience. The team seeks experienced fabricators able to read prints, weld aluminum and steel, grind and finish parts, and collaborate to deliver quality builds on schedule.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience from school or on the job.
• Experience working in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Ability to show up consistently and work with pride.
• Willingness to learn and improve skills.
• Comfort working on custom fabrication projects.
• Some experience level beyond entry level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble custom metal projects.

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Metal Fabricator / Welder to join their team!

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on fabricator who enjoys custom work and wants to contribute to unique, one-off projects. The team is looking to add two experienced professionals to help meet urgent production needs in a fast-paced shop environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Build and assemble custom metal projects.
• Perform MIG welding, primarily on aluminum.
• Complete some steel welding as needed.
• Read and follow prints when applicable.
• Grind, sand, and finish fabricated parts.

• Support custom fabrication work from start to finish.
