Dimensional Innovations is seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator (All Levels) to join our aluminum MIG welding team in Overland Park, KS. This full-time role focuses on fabricating and assembling custom metal projects, reading engineering drawings, and ensuring high-quality finishes.

Job Title

Metal Fabricator (All Levels) – Aluminum MIG Welding

Full‑time position located in OverlandPark, KS. The company is employee‑owned (ESOP).

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble custom metal projects.
• MIG weld (primarily aluminum, some steel).
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and prints.
• Grind, sand, and finish parts to quality specifications.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver completed builds.
