4 Corners Repair & Restoration is seeking a Metal Fabricator / Welder in Murrieta, CA to cut, weld, fabricate and assemble metal parts using MIG, TIG and stick welding.

You will read blueprints, follow assembly instructions, and operate fabrication equipment while maintaining a clean, safe work area. The role is full-time, non-exempt, with benefits included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Experience working with stainless steel and aluminum.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and plans.

Responsibilities

• Create, fabricate, and weld metal parts and assemblies.

Pay: $25.00-$32.00/hour DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Position: Full-Time | Non-Exempt (Hourly)

About the Role

4 Corners Repair & Restoration is looking for a Metal Fabricator / Welder to cut, weld, fabricate, and assemble metal parts and structures using various welding techniques and fabrication equipment.

We are looking for someone with hands‑on welding and fabrication experience who is comfortable working with different metals, tools, and equipment.

What You'll Do

• Create, fabricate, and weld metal parts and assemblies.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Read and follow blueprints, plans, and assembly instructions.
• Cut, bend, shape, and assemble various metals.
• Operate fabrication equipment, including benders, sheet metal shears, and torches.
• Machine fabrication materials and components.
• Fit, set, and install fabricated metal structures.
• Grind and finish fabricated parts.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Experience working with stainless steel and aluminum.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and plans.
• Experience using metal fabrication tools and equipment.
• Flux-core welding experience is a plus.
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to operate machinery safely.
• Welding or fabrication training/certifications preferred.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. and regularly stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, reach, and work around heavy equipment, moving parts, fluids, noise, and varying temperatures while using required PPE. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
