HR Collaboration Group LLC is hiring a Metal Fabricator in Kalamazoo, Michigan. You will assemble stainless steel and aluminum components, read tickets and blueprints, and operate machinery to meet schedules with quality checks and proper shipping prep.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, 2+ years of assembly experience, and potential forklift/crane certification. Expect a safe, team-oriented shop with room for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
2+ years of assembly experience in a similar industry preferred.
Sheet metal experience a plus; forklift/crane certification a bonus.
Ability to read and apply procedures, specifications, blueprints and material listings.

Responsibilities

Assembles stainless steel and aluminum components following specifications.
Reviews job tickets/blueprints to understand project requirements.
Operates machinery and power tools to assemble products efficiently.
Performs quality checks with precision measuring tools on finished products.
Prepares units for shipping and maintains a clean, safe workspace.
Supports leaders and other teams to meet goals.
