Advanced Conversion Technology, Inc. (ACT) is seeking a mechanically minded individual to join our Metal Shop as a Metal Fabricator/Finisher. The role involves fabricating components to prints, soldering, and finishing parts while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, decimals and fractions.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Good computer skills, including the ability to accurately enter, transact and retrieve simple data.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate components per drawing dimensions and tolerance specifications.
• Solder components and assemblies.
• Finish machined and fabricated components and apply final finishes per print and drawing specifications.
