Job summary

F&S Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a motivated Fabricator to join our on-site manufacturing team. You will fabricate parts using metalworking equipment while upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes hands-on work, attention to detail, and producing high-quality components. Prior manufacturing or fabrication experience is preferred, and training is provided to support your growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and operate fabrication equipment safely.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and procedures.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Comfortable using computers for job tracking and production reporting.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fabrication equipment to manufacture parts per specifications.
• Inspect completed parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Store fabricated parts in designated inventory locations.
• Track jobs, work orders, and production activities in the company system.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
