Varcen Metal + Supply is seeking a Machine Operator to support fabrication, delivery, and warehouse operations. You will operate metal fabrication machinery, fabricate materials to spec, and perform quality checks in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency, with responsibilities spanning loading deliveries, inventory tasks, and document logging. High school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of warehouse, yard, or fabrication experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs consistently.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and climb ladders.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Operate metal fabrication machinery safely and effectively.
• Fabricate materials accurately to meet customer specifications and company standards.
• Perform quality control checks on all fabricated materials.
• Assist with loading and delivering materials to job sites and warehouse locations.
• Accurately pick and prepare orders for delivery.
• Load delivery vehicles with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain logs, records, and production data.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
• Receive, log, and properly store incoming materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse, yard, and workstation.
• Support overall warehouse operations and company goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.
