E-Pak is hiring for a full-time manufacturing operator in Wooster, OH. The role focuses on press brake operation, plasma cutting, and metal fabrication, with responsibilities spanning blueprint interpretation and parts handling.

You may cross-train on additional machines and work in a busy production setting. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and an inclusive, growth-oriented team environment with no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience operating fabrication equipment and reading blueprints.
• Ability to lift and move parts up to 200 lbs and handle heavy components.
• Willingness to cross-train on multiple machines and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate press brake, shear, and plasma cutting equipment.
• Fabricate metal parts and assemble according to specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine customer specifications.
• Gather parts from cart and position them at work areas.
• Lift parts onto equipment and operate controls; may require two-person handling.
• Observe safety procedures and keep work area clean.
